6. We will work with your or our accountant in the preparation of tax returns
7. Prepare monthly or quarterly financial reports
8. Supervision of all contracted services, lawn and pool maintenance, trash, electrician, plumber, sprinkler technician, fire extinguishers and/or alarms, etc.
9. Complete screening of tenants

12. Curbside trash service (place and remove trash bins on collection days).
